I chose Aykun Hotel By Ag Hotels Group specifically for its close proximity to the Bayterek Tower, as I wanted to visit this landmark. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's transfer service and the fact that the staff spoke English and Russian. I enjoyed quenching my thirst with a favorite drink at the bar/lounge.
Breakfast not as good as 4-star hotels.

I chose Aykun Hotel solely for its proximity to the Baiterek Tower, a landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff who spoke both English and Russian. the hotel offered a transfer service for guests, which made my stay even more convenient. I also enjoyed quenching my thirst with my favorite drink at the bar/lounge.
No view from my room, but other rooms on a different side of the floor have a great view.

The rooms were so chill, with all the modern vibes. And the best part? The location was dope! We were just 2.4 mi away from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We felt like VIPs, walking around like we owned the place. The staff was hella cool too, always treating us like rock stars. This hotel definitely gave us the perfect vibes for our teenage getaway.
If I had to ask for one thing to make this hotel even more lit for young party-goers like us, it would be an awesome rooftop party area. Imagine the views, the music, and the vibes.

The hotel was quite expensive and there was construction work going on nearby, causing early morning disturbances.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, location close to the city center and transportation. The hotel was very clean and new. We did not have any trouble getting around, as the bus stop that goes from the airport was very close. The hotel was also near the city center. We had no trouble finding good restaurants or smaller super markets in walking distance.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The guestrooms at Aykun Hotel are super cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a great night's sleep, like a flat-screen TV, soft carpeting, and even slippers. They really make you feel at home!
Personally, I found the bathtub in the private bathrooms to be a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference, some people might still enjoy it!
